Join a remote-first team connecting millions of travellers across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. We move fast, care deeply, and build with purpose.
RideCarpooling.com is a fast-growing cross-border carpooling platform connecting travellers across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Founded in 2024 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, we have grown from a single Facebook group post to a platform serving 120+ cities with over 50,000 completed trips and 8,400+ monthly active users.
Our mission is simple: make intercity travel affordable, social, and sustainable for everyone. Every shared ride we facilitate removes a car from the road, cuts carbon emissions, and puts money back in the pockets of drivers and passengers alike. We have collectively prevented over 2.8 million kilograms of CO2 emissions since launch.
We are a remote-first team of 35+ people spread across 3 countries and 12 nationalities. We value autonomy, ownership, and impact over hours logged. Our engineering team ships daily, our operations team supports drivers and passengers 7 days a week, and our marketing team drives growth through authentic community engagement.
We are not just another rideshare company. We are building the most trusted carpooling network in North America.
We build for real humans — riders, drivers, and the communities we serve. Every feature starts with empathy.
Every shared ride reduces emissions. We measure our carbon impact and invest in green initiatives.
No ride is worth a compromise on safety. We invest heavily in verification, monitoring, and rapid response.
We connect people across three countries. Diversity of language, culture, and perspective is our strength.
Salaries benchmarked to the 75th percentile for your role and region. Annual raises and performance bonuses.
Full medical, dental, and vision coverage. Mental health stipend and annual wellness allowance.
Work from anywhere in Canada, the USA, or Mexico. Flexible hours and async communication culture.
Free or heavily discounted rides on the platform. Annual team retreat to a new city every year.
16 weeks fully paid parental leave for all parents. Flexible return-to-work scheduling.
$2,500/year for courses, conferences, books, or certifications. Internal lunch-and-learns weekly.
