Parties & Scope
Service Provider
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between 2-Nice Rideshare & Carpooling Transport Services Inc. ("Company"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Manitoba, Canada, and each registered user ("User") of the RideCarpooling.com platform.
Scope of Services
The Company provides a digital platform enabling drivers to publish ridesharing offers and passengers to book available seats on shared journeys across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. The Company does not provide transportation services directly.
Independent Contractors
Drivers using the Platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between the Company and any User.
Acceptance
This Agreement becomes effective when a User completes account registration and clicks "I Agree" to the Terms at sign-up, or by any continued use of the Platform thereafter.
