Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Agreement
By accessing or using RideCarpooling.com (the "Platform"), including any web, mobile, or API interfaces operated by 2-Nice Rideshare & Carpooling Transport Services Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all incorporated policies.
1.2 Capacity
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
1.3 Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice.
1.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. International users are also subject to applicable local laws.
