Community Agreement: Driver & Passenger Code of Conduct

The rules, standards, and mutual commitments that every driver and passenger on RideCarpooling.com agrees to uphold. Safe, respectful carpooling starts here.

What is the Community Agreement?

The RideCarpooling Community Agreement is a binding code of conduct accepted by every driver and passenger who uses our platform. It defines the minimum standards of behaviour, safety, communication, and payment conduct required to maintain an account in good standing.

This agreement exists because carpooling works differently from commercial transport. There are no dispatchers, no terminals, no corporate oversight during the trip. Instead, our community runs on mutual trust, shared expectations, and clear accountability.
