How do I cancel my booking and get a refund?

Go to your Dashboard → My Bookings, find the booking, and click Cancel. Cancellations made 24+ hours before departure receive a full refund. Within 24 hours, a partial refund may apply. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

My payment was charged but I didn't get a confirmation email.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, go to your Dashboard → My Bookings to verify the booking status. If the booking shows as confirmed but you received no email, contact us with your booking reference and we'll resend it.

How long does a payout take for drivers?

Accepted Answer

Earnings are held for 48 hours after ride completion for dispute protection. After that, you can request a payout from your Driver Dashboard. Payouts are processed within 3-5 business days via PayPal.

I can't log into my account.

Try resetting your password using the Forgot Password link on the login page. If you signed up with Google or Apple, make sure you're using the same method. If the issue persists, contact us with your registered email address.

How do I report a driver or passenger?

You can report a user from the ride detail page or from your trip history. Click the three-dot menu next to the user and select Report. For urgent safety concerns, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

The app isn't loading or showing an error.

Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If using a mobile browser, try a different browser. If the issue persists, note the error message and contact us with details about your device and browser.

How do I verify my driver account?

Go to Profile → Verify Documents and upload your driver's licence (front and back) and a selfie. Vehicle photos are also required. Verification typically takes 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email once approved.

Can I change my booking after it's confirmed?

Bookings cannot be modified after confirmation. If you need to change your trip, you'll need to cancel the existing booking and make a new one. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to departure you cancel.

How do I update my payout method?

Go to Profile → Payout Settings and update your PayPal email or bank account details. Changes take effect for the next payout request.

I was charged twice for the same booking.

This can sometimes happen due to payment processing delays. Please contact us immediately with your booking reference and the transaction IDs from your bank statement. We'll investigate and issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
